📋Studio Policies

We want you to have the best lash experience possible. To ensure quality, availability, and fairness to all clients, please review and respect the following studio policies:

🔁 Refills Policy

Refills are available up to 4 weeks from your last appointment.
You must have at least 40% of lash extensions intact to qualify for a refill.
After 4 weeks or with less than 40% remaining, a new full set will be required.
We do not perform refills on work done by other lash artists. This is to maintain the quality and health of your natural lashes, as materials and techniques may vary.

❌ Cancellation & Rescheduling

Cancellations or changes must be made at least 24 hours in advance of your appointment.
Late cancellations or no-shows will incur a $30 fee, which will be added to your next appointment.
This policy helps us respect everyone’s time, and allows us to offer the slot to another client.

⏰ Punctuality

Please arrive on time for your appointment. Being more than 10 minutes late may result in a shortened session or the appointment being rescheduled, especially if it affects the next client’s booking.
If you’re running late, please let us know as soon as possible.

👁️ Before Your Appointment

- To ensure the best results:
- Arrive with clean lashes – no mascara, eyeliner, or oils.
- Avoid caffeine right before your appointment – it can make it harder to relax and keep your eyes still.
- Come with comfortable clothing and ready to relax 💆‍♀️

- All tools are sterilized before each use.
- We use hypoallergenic microfiber extensions designed for sensitive eyes.
- If you’ve had a reaction to lash adhesives in the past, please inform us prior to booking.
